Each Spring, the Teen Urban Foresters (TUFs) are tasked with a community project that showcases Canopy’s work and the topics discussed throughout the session. Recognizing their strengths and interests, the idea of a podcast was born. After months of hard work and dedication, we’re proud to announce that the TUFs have launched Canopy’s very own podcast Canopy Roots. Through engaging discussions and insightful interviews, they delve into topics such as environmental justice, sustainable practices, and ways we can contribute to creating and maintaining vibrant green spaces. This podcast is an excellent resource for anyone interested in urban forestry and making a positive impact in their community.
