Arborist List Sign Up

Please fill out the following form to add your data to our arborist database. Canopy will review your information before it is uploaded to the website.

Requirements to appear on the Arborist List:

Your business is located within the Bay Area
You routinely bid jobs in Palo Alto, East Palo Alto, Menlo Park, or Mountain View
You have at least one current ISA-Certified Arborist or ASCA Registered Consulting Arborist on staff
You comply with all State and local laws, including:
- You have a contractor’s license, if required (required for contracting services exceeding $600 per project; not required if work is exclusively consulting).
- You carry liability insurance
- You carry Workers’ Compensation insurance if you have any employees.
You are willing to supply good references if asked
You submit a completed Canopy questionnaire

Note: If your company strictly does stump grinding or tree moving, ISA certification is not required.
