Canopy Tree Walks
Canopy offers free arborist-led neighborhood Tree Walks in Palo Alto on the second Saturday of every month, from 10am to noon. The participants are led on a tour of some of the most interesting tree specimens in Palo Alto. A certified arborist guide presents information ranging from historical context to identification, as well as tree selection and care advice that participants can use in their own landscaping projects. The arborist also answers questions.
You may also take a self-guided Tree Walk using the following Tree Walk guides and neighborhood maps:
College Terrace Old Palo Alto
Barron Park Palo Verde
Community Center University South
Crescent Park Southgate
Greenmeadow West Bayshore
Main Library and Art Center Elizabeth F. Gamble Garden
Downtown North Jr. Museum and Zoo
