Finance Committee Description

Although the entire board carries a fiduciary responsibility for Canopy, the Finance and Fund Development Committee serves a leadership role in this area. It provides financial oversight for the annual budget, the monthly finances and all fundraising. In addition to its role in oversight, the committee also sets long-range financial goals along with achievable funding strategies, presents regular financial reports to the full board, and develops internal controls and accountability policies.

  • Place, Time, & Schedule: At the PCC, 5:30 to 7:00 PM, on the Monday before the second Thursday of each month.
